A: Our factory is located in Macun Village industrial park, Wuji County, and our sales office is in Shi Jiazhuang City, capital of Hebei Province. We’re close to capital Beijing and port city Tianjin.

A: Of course. We provide free samples.

Q:How can we get detailed price list？
A: Please offer us detailed information of the product such as size (length, width, thickness, color, specific requirements and purchasing quantity.

Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: Usually, our MOQ is 500 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. The price of the products is still based on the quantity enquired, so the lower the quantity, the higher the price. We hope you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and feeling our service.

Q: How long is the lead time of the samples?
A: It takes 2-3 days for existing samples. But if you want your own design, it will take a few more days, depending on your specific requirements.

Q: What format of the file should we submit for customized design?
A: We have our own design team in house. JPG, AI, CDR and PDF are all ok.
